Job Requirement :

• Bachelor or equivalent, industrial engineer will be preferred.
• 1 Year experience or fresh graduates are allowed
• Having strong understanding of Operational Excellence or Continuous
  Improvement, and also its tools (6S Culture, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Having ability to define problem, collect and analyze data, and establish facts, manually or using statistic application.
• Adaptable, result oriented, having positive attitude, with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Having knowledge about CPOB, CPOTB, and CPKB.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including advanced skills with Excel

Job Description :

• Conducting, collecting data and reporting all activities related to Operational Excellence (OE)
• Conducting and purpose the idea of continuous improvement in term of implementation of operational excellence
• Prepare monthly report related to operational excellence
• Conducting other task provided by OE Section Head
• Maintain good relations & cooperation with other section related to operational excellence activities and process production improvement for existing product
• Comply with regulation and rule associated with CPOB, CPKB, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000: 2018 and Sistem Jaminan Halal.
• Report any incident and potential hazards in working area
• Comply with rules and regulation associated with HSSE (K3L)
